(AI Automation Retainers & Subscriptions)

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Alaska AI Automation (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By subscribing to, purchasing, or using our AI automation services, you (“Client,” “you”) agree to these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

Alaska AI Automation provides subscription-based and retainer-based AI automation services, which may include:

AI call, SMS, and inbox automation

CRM and workflow automation

AI agent configuration and optimization

Ongoing monitoring, maintenance, and refinement

Third-party platform integrations

Exact deliverables are defined in a Client Service Agreement, proposal, or Statement of Work.

2. Subscription & Retainer Structure

Services are billed on a monthly recurring basis unless otherwise agreed

Subscriptions renewed automatically unless canceled

Minimum commitment periods may apply

Set-up or onboarding fees are non-refundable

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

3. No Performance Guarantees

AI automation outcomes depend on multiple external factors including customer behavior, data quality, third-party platform availability, and regulatory compliance.

We do not guarantee:

Revenue increases

Lead volume

Conversion rates

System uptime of third-party tools

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate business information and permissions

Obtain proper consent from your customers for SMS, calls, and AI interactions

Use automation outputs responsibly

Review AI-generated responses before relying on them for critical decisions

You remain legally responsible for all communications sent on your behalf.

5. Intellectual Property

All automation frameworks, workflows, prompts, templates, and methodologies remain the property of Alaska AI Automation.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use deliverables only while your subscription is active.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Our services rely on platforms such as GoHighLevel, Twilio, AI model providers, and related APIs.

We are not responsible for:

Third-party outages or pricing changes

Policy or compliance changes

Message delivery failures outside our control

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability shall not exceed the total fees paid in the prior 12 months.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska.
